It has tons of new stuff, entire new towns and a comprehensive end game, and also has the respec potion in it anyway. If you want to make a new character anyway to just replay the game there is a popular mod called synergies ( ) that people always recommend and it would be the same process.
He uses this I think (but it could be this: ) so you should just be able to download it from here: and I think it's literally as easy as putting the file that ends with.
I think the modded game has different save files than the unmodded so you might have to copy over some stuff from one to the other. workshop old stuff that got taken out of the base mod in the Torchlight 2 Mod Launcher Crack Fix. He's on steam, but I can't imagine it would matter if it was on EGS. This extension add tools for Heart of Iron IV modding. If I remember correctly you can even get rid of it after you have it so it's not a huge deal. My friend uses the respec potion all the time from a mod, has never been declared a cheater.
